Hair Extensions
K-Tip Keratin Extensions in Bend — by consultation
Our signature service. Keratin-tip (K-Tip) extensions are individual strands of 100% human hair bonded to your own for natural length, fullness and movement that lasts 3–5 months.
Every installation is color-matched and custom blended by Kelly and Alexis together — a two-stylist approach that shortens the appointment and gives you a dimensional, lived-in result that often replaces the need for additional color.
Full installation takes 2–4 hours depending on the amount of hair. Ideal for fine to medium-density hair and anyone who wants long-term wear, versatility, and a discreet result. Most guests use 1–2 packs for volume, 2–3 for length and fullness, and 3–4+ for a full transformation.
Extensions are priced at your consultation based on the amount of hair and the look you're after. A non-refundable deposit reserves your appointment and is applied to your service total.
Color & Balayage
Hair Color, Highlights & Balayage in Bend
Lived-in color is what Slate is known for: dimensional blonding, soft grow-out, and color that still looks good at week eight. We use clean, holistic color lines and take the time to get the tone right for your skin, your hair, and the Central Oregon sun.
Root Touch Up — $120 & up. Refresh your regrowth and keep your color seamless between bigger appointments.
Partial Highlight — $175 & up. Brightness where it counts: face-framing and through the top for a sun-kissed lift.
Full Highlight — $240 & up. Dimension from root to end, all the way around, for a fuller blonde.
Balayage — $350 & up. Hand-painted, low-maintenance color with a natural, lived-in grow-out. Our most requested color service.
Color Correction — by consultation. Box dye, banding, brassiness, or a color you regret: we'll map out a realistic plan and price at your consultation. Large color bookings may require a non-refundable deposit that goes toward your service total.

Haircuts & Styling
Women's & Men's Haircuts in Bend
Every cut at Slate starts with a conversation about your texture, your face shape, and how much time you actually want to spend on your hair in the morning, and ends with a shape that grows out well. Our co-owners trained in New York City and bring more than 30 years of combined experience behind the chair.
Women's Haircut — $75 & up. A tailored cut, from a trim that keeps your length healthy to a full restyle, finished so you leave ready for your day.
Men's Haircut — $45 & up. Scissor and clipper work, clean necklines, and a cut that still looks sharp three weeks in.

Good to Know
A credit card is required to hold your appointment; it isn't charged at booking. Please give 24–48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the service, and no-shows up to 100%. If something isn't right, let us know within 7 days and we'll schedule an adjustment. Parking is in the lot behind Slate or out front along Cook Ave.
