To ensure the best experience for all guests and to respect our stylists’ time, please review our booking policies below:
Appointment Reservations
A credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
Appointments canceled with less than the required notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service total.
No-Show Policy
Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service amount. Future appointments may require a deposit to reserve.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your service; however, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other guests.
Booking Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your hair, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can schedule an adjustment if appropriate. We do not offer refunds on services.
Redo / Adjustment Policy
Service prices may vary depending on hair length, density, timing, and product usage. We will always do our best to provide transparent pricing during your consultation.
Pricing
Certain appointments, including color corrections, extensions, or large service bookings, may require a non-refundable deposit that will go toward your service total.

Deposits
To ensure a safe, relaxing, and professional environment for all guests and staff, we kindly ask that children not attend salon appointments unless they are receiving a service themselves.
Our salon contains hot tools, sharp instruments, chemicals, and other safety hazards that make it difficult to accommodate unattended children. In addition, many of our guests visit the salon to enjoy a calm and uninterrupted experience.
