1. How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred stylist and time.
2. Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows, but appointments are strongly encouraged.
3. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee.
4. What happens if I arrive late?
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your service. Depending on timing, we may need to modify or reschedule your appointment.
5. What if I am feeling sick?
If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.

Arrive with clean, dry hair when possible and bring inspiration photos. Please complete any required intake forms before your appointment.
12. Where should I park?
Parking is available in the lot behind Slate and additionally in front of the salon along Cook Ave.
